Coir
The rubberized coir sheet are made exclusively from natural coconut fibers, sprayed with liquid latex, and form the support basis of TAILORBED sleep systems. Coconut fiber is very durable and has a long life. Spraying with liquid latex gives the sheet the desired elasticity and at the same time ensures the best possible ventilation. The structure of the rubberized coir creates a microclimate that is necessary to maintain the correct temperature and humidity during sleep. The use of natural fibers for the manufacture of sheets requires 125 times less energy, compared to the energy spent on the manufacture of similar materials from synthetic fibers.
